Mind and Body Artists are those who offer a service/art such as Henna Body Art, Temporary Tatoos, Face Painting, Tarot Card or Psychic readings.  These artists practice their art in their booth space and are allowed to charge a fee or accept donations for said service. We hope you will join us for this special celebration of the arts on our 40th anniversary.

LOCATION & BOOTH SPACE

The 40th Annual Renaissance ArtsFaire will be held at Young Park, 850 Walnut St., Las Cruces, New Mexico. Exhibitors must supply their own shade structure, decorated in accordance with the Renaissance theme.  Overnight security will be provided during the Faire.  NO ELECTRICITY is available. Booth space location and other requests will be honored in the order received, provided all fees have been paid in full by the deadlines.  Vendors with special needs and/or requests must include these with the original application.

Applications must be RECEIVED by September 9, 2010.

FEES

Booth Space Fees:  One Space:  10’ X 10’ $100.00      Double Space:  10’ X 20’  $150.00

Liability Insurance:  $80 fee for artists who need to purchase liability insurance through DAAC.

This amount may be included with your booth space fee in check/money order or charged to MasterCard/VISA.  Insurance fee will be cashed or charged upon acceptance. Vendors must have proof of liability insurance with the Arts Council listed as additionally insured or purchase it from the Arts Council.
