Rio Grande Theatre Endowment (Sponsor A Seat)
As a means of generating operating funds in addition to those monies the RGT accumulates through its programs and events, DAAC created the Rio Grande Theatre Permanent Endowment. It is hoped that this fund will eventually reach $800,000. Endowment giving is the perfect way to have your gift last a lifetime, since the initial gift is invested and earnings from that gift are used to fund the Theatre operations. Your gift will fund the Theatre for many years to come.
The Endowment Campaign is focused on a campaign in which donors are invited to “Sponsor a Seat” in the Theatre with their names being placed on a seat back to commemorate their contribution. Individual seats are $2,000 each, sections of three are $5,000, and sections of four or more are $1,200 per seat, with funds from the seat campaign going towards the $800,000 permanent endowment goal.
For more information about purchasing a seat, contact the DAAC office at 523-6403 and a member of the Endowment Committee will contact you.
